Where can I park my car? How many cars are allowed? Is parking free?
Parking is available at no charge.
You will have one assigned parking spot right in front of the property, marked with the unit number 1627.
All spots without a marked number are guest spots at first come first serve basis. If you plan on arriving in multiple cars and guest spots in front of the Seahorse Villa are taken, additional guest parking is available in front of the clubhouse which is just a short 1-minute walk from the townhome.
Are there any parking restrictions?
Parking on grass or blocking fire hydrants is not allowed and strictly enforced.
